Internet Radio FAQ

[Oren, Oct. 5, 2007] The download links are fixed! Sorry about the delays. (http://opensource.nokia.com/projects/s60internetradio/ClientPage.html)

Also available on MOSH: Shoutcast Engine Radio Application

Officially supported version is available at: http://www.nokia.com/internetradio with many bug fixes and feature generalizations. Most importantly it does not need changing playlist URL hostnames to IP addresses!

User Guide

"Error connecting to server. Could not connect to server. Err=-28." is caused by using a hostname in the shoutcast.pls file, you must use an IP address instead. Download the .pls file to your computer and open it by using the windows text editor. This is what it looks like: "[playlist]numberofentries=1File1=ht*p://servername-dll-name.stream.servername.com:80/stream/2550 Length1=-1Version=1". Change "servername-dll-name.stream.servername.com" to IP address so it will look like this "ht*p://123.456.789.321:80/stream/2550", save and close.
