In the phone memory you will find the directory C:\Data\Apache that contains the typical Apache httpd directories conf, htdocs and logs. In addition there is the directory mod_python that contains a few simple examples of Python and PSP scripting.

When creating a website on a mobile phone, keep in mind that the processing power and the available network bandwidth will always be lower, and the latency and cost (connectivity, battery, relative resource consumption) will always be higher than that of a stationary web server.

However, a website on a mobile phone resides on a personal device whose owner is always nearby and where the context - location, people around you, mode of the phone, etc. - constantly changes. Thus there is ample opportunity to create a website that would be exceedingly hard or impossible to duplicate using a regular stationary web server.
